Said and his team provided excellent end to end services. We are not locals in the Yucatan area, so Said was flexible to show us objects in various locations around our schedule and after our decisions assisted in the complete process, including building inspection, the credit process for one of the objects, through sales, thought post sales and closing, and then managing the objects after the purchase. For the closing process he put us in contact of a lawyer with a power of notary to allow the closing to occur with us being outside of the country. He is now managing two of our objects in Tulum and Playa del Carmen. With his management he provides great service with reacting quickly to all tenants and keeps the place fixed with very competitive rates. With us being outside of the country he reacts to us very quickly and keeps us updated with everything going on in our objects.
